The Bromley War Memorial lists the names of 119 residents who served in the armed forces during World War II. The following five residents made the supreme sacrifice:
Ralph M. Duffie
William Littley
Joseph K. Smock
George R. Wilson, PFC in the Tank Battalion of the First Army. Killed in action
on April 18, 1945 in Germany.
